摘要
简述VDR的系统构成原理与主要功能 ,强调IMO及我国海事局对船舶安装VDR的时间要求 ,根据《ISM规则》的基本要求和指导思想 。
The constitution and main function of the voyage data recorder (VDR) were simply introduced. According to the basic requirements and guidance of The ISM Regulations, and the limited time stipulated by the Marine Board to install VDR, the author discussed about the essential role that VDR plays in the safety management of ships.
