摘要
运用光电无损检测技术,采用皮外反射式测量方法,结合虚拟仪器技术构建的人体皮肤组织吸收光谱检测平台;分析了光在皮肤中的吸收光谱、穿透深度和色素分布三者之间的关系;提出了如何根据所测结果分析色素的分布情况,并建议采用两级分类方法对病例进行分类。根据这种方法对临床测试结果进行了分析,得到了对治疗有价值的参考依据。
A platform for detecting human skin tissue absorption spectrum composed of optical fiber spectrometer and virtual instrument was described.It use optoelectronic nondestructive testing techniques and the method which measuring the reflection of skin.The relation of lights spectrum,propagation depth and the pigment distribution in skin were analyzed.Then introduced how to analyse the pigment distribution in the skin using detecting results.A method of twolevel class was used to classify the case.The result can provide useful reference for treatment.Some exmples were given.
