摘要
采用恒温热分解和差示扫描量热法 ,研究了硝酸铵钙的热分解行为。通过实验得出如下结论 :硝酸铵钙的热稳定性比硝酸铵低 ,在 90℃即开始分解 ,产生氨气、二氧化碳和水 ;碳酸钙含量越多 ,热稳定性越差 ;加热时间越长 ,温度越高 ,分解百分率越大。在硝酸铵钙中添加硫酸镁 ,可以提高硝酸铵钙的热稳定性 ,减小高温下的分解程度 。
The thermal decomposition behavior of calcium ammonium nitrate is studied by the constant-temperature thermal decomposition process and differential scanning calorimetry. Through experimentation the following conclusion is obtained: the thermal stability of calcium ammonium nitrate is lower than that of ammonium nitrate; the former starts to decompose at 90 ℃ and produces ammonia gas, carbon dioxide and water; the higher the calcium carbonate content, the poorer the thermal stability; and the longer the heating time and the higher the temperature, the higher the percentage of decomposition. The addition of magnesium sulfate to calcium ammonium nitrate will improve the thermal stability of the latter, lower its degree of decomposition at high temperature, and favor its retention of available nitrogen content.
