摘要
本文利用柠檬黄、日落黄和胭脂红的吸收光谱差异,采用多元线性回归分光光度法同时测定食品中三组分。该方法省去了测定单组分时的萃取、柱层析等步骤,操作简单、方便、准确,易于推广。
This paper utilize the difference of chrotomography between tortrozine, sunset yellow and ponceau 4R, measuring tartrazine、sunset yellow and ponceau 4R in beverage by multiwavelength spectrophotomatry. This way has a high veracity. According to the determine on actual sample,this way is more simple conveniency and the instrument is common and simple.
