摘要
由二硫化钠和γ 氯丙基三乙氧基硅烷合成双 [3 (三乙氧基硅)丙基] 二硫化物硅烷偶联剂,原料易得,反应条件温和,在温度为80℃,回流1.5h,收率达95%,成本低。该硅烷偶联剂应用于多种天然及合成橡胶的补强,偶联效果好。
The new silicone coupling agent bis [3 (triethoxysily) propyl] disulfide was prepared by the sodium disulfide and the γ chloropropyltriethoxysilane,in this process the raw material was gained easily ,reaction condition is temperate ,reflux reaction 1.5 h at 80 ℃,and 95% yield and the low product cost.This product was applied to some natural rubbers and synthetic rubbers reinforcing agents,the better cross linking result.
