增感辐照改性聚丙烯及其表征 被引量:3

Modification of Polypropylene by Sensitized Radiation and Iits Characterization

摘要 以两官能度丙烯酸酯单体为辐照敏化剂,在氮气保护下,通过60Co γ射线的引发作用将普通线性聚丙烯进行增感辐照改性。研究了辐照聚丙烯的熔体流动速率、熔体强度、分子量及其分布,结晶度以及结晶温度随辐照敏化剂含量的变化规律,探讨了增塑剂和抗氧剂对辐照体系的影响。结果表明:在普通聚丙烯中加入1.0%的两官能度辐照敏化剂,在氮气氛围中,在1kGy剂量,6kGy/h剂量率条件下辐照,可以显著提高辐照聚丙烯的熔体强度;GPC测试结果表明:辐照聚丙烯的重均分子量和Z均分子量在辐照敏化剂含量为1.0%时达到最大值,分子量分布最宽;DSC分析显示:聚丙烯增感辐照后结晶温度明显提高,但结晶度未有明显变化;增塑剂的加入改善了辐照聚丙烯的流动性;抗氧剂使辐照聚丙烯的熔体强度、分子量及其分布,以及结晶温度都明显提高。 Linear polypropylene was converted into long branched polypropylene by sensitized radiation of 60 Coγ ray in nitrogen environment, difunctional acrylate monomer used as sensitizer. Melt flow rate, melt strength, monomer weight, monomer weight distribution, crystallinity and crystalline temperature were studied and influence of plasticizer and antioxidizing agent was discussed.The results showed that the melt strength of polypropylene which contained 10% difunctional acrylate monomer has been increased greatly by radiation of 1 kGy dose and 6 kGy/h dose rate in nitrogen environment. GPC showed that the weight average molecular weight and Z average molecular weight of radiated polypropylene are maximal and the molecular weight distribution is the widest when the content of sensitizer is 10%. DSC revealed that the crystalline temperature of radiated polypropylene is enhanced obviously and the crystallinity keeps stable. The fluidity of radiated polypropylene is improved because of the added plasticizer. Adding the antioxidizing agent increased greatly melt strength, molecular weight and molecular weight distribution, crystalline temperature of the radiated polypropylene.
