摘要
奶牛真胃变位发病率和死亡率较高,在研究该病发病原因及病理机制的基础上,针对该病早期诊断和治疗进行了临床实验,结果表明对于该病只要以预防为主,尽早确诊,并积极采取有效的治疗措施,完全可以控制本病的发生,且预后良好。
The rate of attack and mortality of milk cow's abomasum shift is high.The morbidity reason and pathogeny of this disease being studied,clinical experiment was accomplished to diagnose and treat this disease at its early stage.It shows that milk cow's abomasums shift can be completely controlled and there is favourable prognosis as long as this disease is prevented first,diagnosed early and treated effectively.
