企业办大学 ,已成为新的时尚。但如何办好企业大学 ,以适应全球经济一体化对企业发展的需要 ,并使企业的教育投资得到有效的回报 ,是企业大学发展过程中应注意的问题。在分析企业办大学的必然性的基础上 。
How to manage colleges Run by the enterprise well in order to meet requirements of global economy to development of the enterprise,which is a problem worth paying attention to in the process of enterprise colleges' development.The paper presents some points on how to do the above things well on the basis of analysing the necessity of colleges run by the enterprise.
