摘要
采用有限元数值模拟方法研究了无芯模旋压的几种可能方案及各自优缺点 ,并以锥形件无芯模旋压为代表 ,依据静态隐式有限元法建立了用于分析无芯模旋压的简化模型 .通过有限元分析 ,得到了锥形件无芯模旋压时的位移场、壳体中面上的经向应力场、纬向应力场、等效应力场、塑性区分布和主应力场 .模拟结果与实验相符 ,表明所建立的有限元模型能够正确反映无芯模旋压的实际工艺 .
Spinning without mandrel was studied by briefing the current situation of FEM in simulating the sheet metal forming processes, and then, reviewing several possible simulation schemes for spinning without mandrel. The merits and drawbaclss of each one of the schemes were compared and discussed. Finally, a simplified analyzing model was established using a static implicit algorithm. As a typical example, a spinning cone cup without mandrel was simulated with the model established. The displacement field and stress field were obtained and analyzed. FE analytical deductions were in good agreement with the experiments, so the accuracy of the analyzing model was verified.
