摘要
本文设计了一种双脉冲微量进样装置。本装置与氢化物法相结合并应用于微量样品的分析。本装置不仅结构简单、操作方便,同时又具备各种单脉冲进样装置所不具备的优点。
A new discrete sampling device has been designed and reported in this paper. The proposed device consists of two cups instead of one in the conventional discrete sampling device. The device can be operated at two status. At status 1, deionized water was aspirated into the flame while sample solution and reagent solution are added into their respective cup. When the device is transformed to status 2, sample solution and reagent solution are injected into flame simultaneously, and the signal is recorded. When strotium chloride is used as reagent and put into the reagent cup, the interference of aluminum in the detrmination of magnesium is completely overcome. The ionization of rubidium can be completly suppressed when potasium chloride is put into the reagent cup. It is interested that the device can be used as a hydride generator. We've determined bismuth succesfully in this way. Only by changing the reagent solution in reagent cup, the device can be used for determination of Rb, Mg, and Bi in geological sample in sequence.
