摘要
本文采用P507萃淋树脂为固定相,应用流动注射(FI)在线预浓集技术,建立了镧的ICP发射光谱分析方法,对天然水中的微量镧进行了测定,获得满意结果。
Flow-injection on-line column preconcentration was used for the determination of trace amounts of lathanum at μg/L levels by ICP spectrometry. 25 to 30-fold enhancement was achieved at a sampling frequency of 60/h with 3.3ml sample. A miniature coluum packed with 120~200 mesh (CL-P507) resin was used for the preconcentration. The detection limit for the method was 0.7ng/ml. The relative standard deviation was 1.7%. The recoveries for tap, polluted waters and soil extracts were in 90~110%.
