摘要
目的 :建立七味姜黄胶囊中姜黄素的含量测定方法。方法 :采用反相高效液相色谱法 ,色谱柱为LUNA -C1 8(5μm ,2 50mm× 4 .6mm) ,流动相为四氢呋喃 5 %醋酸溶液 (42∶58) ,流速 1 .0mL·min- 1 ,检测波长 42 8nm。结果 :姜黄素的进样量在 0 .0 0 8~ 0 .0 4 8μg范围内 ,与其峰面积有良好的线性关系 (r =0 .9999) ,平均加样回收率为 98.62 % ,RSD为 0 .66 %。结论 :方法简便易行 ,准确可靠 。
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination of the content of curcumin contained in Qiwei curcuma capsules.METHODS The determination was performed on a LUNA-C 18 column (5 μm, 250 mm× 4.6 mm) by UV detector at 428 nm with tetrahydrofuran 5% acetic acid (42∶58)as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min -1 .RESULTS The amount of curcumin was linear with its area over the range from 0.008 to 0.048 μg ( r = 0.9999 ).The average recovery and the relative standard deviation of curcumin were 98.62% and 0.66% ( n =6),respectively.CONCLUSIONS The method appeared to be sensitive, accurate and can be used for the quality control of Chinese medicine Qiwei curcuma capsules.
