摘要
本文综合评述了前人所用间断雾化的各种进样方式和装置,发现在采用峰值测量时,其灵敏度和精密度差别不大。这样,可以直接将喷雾毛细管瞬间(约3秒)插入试液,进行测定。本文对影响饱和量体积的各种因素进行了较详细的试验与对比,包括提升量的变化。喷雾响应时间,不同粘度,不同溶剂(水与有机)的影响。认为饱和量体积实质上取决于待测元素到达火焰和原子化平衡的时间,以及仪器的响应速度。本文还对高盐基体的测定,有机萃取直接FAAS测定,以及血清的测定进行了研究,发现间断雾化技术在这方面具有广泛的应用前景。
Various types of discrete sample nebulizting devices made by several previous workers are compared to evaluate their sensitivity and precisions. Some factors, such as sample aspiration rate and instrumental response time which may affect the 'saturation volume' are investigated in detail. It is interesting to note that the linear dynamic concentration range can be extended either by mean of integrated absorbance measeremnet or injecting sample volume less than saturation volume. The effects of background attenuation, non-spectral interferences, as well as organic solvent and high salt concentrated solution nebulization, are compared between conventional and discrete sample nebulization. The experimental results show for all of them, the discrete sample nebulization is superior to conventional nebulization. Five serum sample were analyzed to determine Cu, Zn, Ca, Mg, Pb with the precision less than 8% RSD.
