摘要
采用循环活化酸浸新技术 ,提出了以蛇纹石为原料制取轻质氧化镁和水玻璃的新方法。研究了主要工序的最佳工艺条件 ,此条件下 ,蛇纹石中MgO的平均浸出率及酸浸滤饼中活性二氧化硅的浸出率均在 97%以上 ,酸滤液中Mg2 +回收率大于 96%。制得的轻质氧化镁和水玻璃质量符合国家标准 ,蛇纹石中氧化镁的回收率大于 90 %。
Using a new circluating activating acid-leaching technology, a new method for preparation of light magnesium oxide and water glass from serpentine is presented. The optimum operating conditions of its main processes are studied. The results show that, under the optimum operating conditions, the leaching ratio of magnesium oxide in serpentine and the one of active silicon dioxide in acid-treated residue of serpentine are above 97%, respectively and recovery of Mg 2+ acid-leaching filtrate is more than 96%. The quality of light magnesium oxide and water glass obtained by this technology corresponds to the product quality standards of the People's Republic of China, and the overall recovery of magnesium oxide in serpentine is more than 90%.
