摘要
用常规的粉末冶金方法成功地制备出铝铅固体自润滑材料 ,并对其力学性能和摩擦磨损性能进行了研究。实验结果显示 ,铅的加入对材料的摩擦学性能有着较大的影响。对其中的摩擦机理也作了初步探讨。
Al-Pb solid self-lubricating materials were sucessfully produced by general powder metallurgy process and the mechanical properties and friction-wear properties were studied. The results showed that Pb had an important effect on tribological properties. The tribological mechanism was also studied.
