三折钨丝电沉积-石墨炉原子吸收法测定痕量铜

摘要 用钨丝折成三折钨丝电极作为富集电极和石墨管相匹配进行原子吸收测定,用改进加权形心单纯形优化测定条件,改进加权形心单纯形的推移过程用PB-700计算机自编程序,自动进行,对一次蒸馏水和优级纯KCl中的铜的测定进行研究。 A new electrode—three winding shape tungsten wire electrode is made in our laboratory. Trace copper in G.R. grade KCl sample is preconcentrated on this electrode. Then, the electrode is put into graphite tube and trace copper on this electrode is determined with atomic absorption spectrometry. The service conditions of graphite furnace is optimised with the modified and weighted centroid simplex method. 0.2mol/L H_2SO_4 is selected as the medium of electrodeposition (support electrolyte). The linear range for the determination is 0.00—0.75ng/ml. The coefficent of variation is 3.03% for ten parallel determination of the solution in which 0.2ng/ml copper is contained. The detection limit is 0.0121ng/ml. No interference is observed in the presence of more than 20 foreign ions. The last, trace copper in G.R. KCl sample is determined. The results are satisfactory.
