摘要
本文报道了利用圆二色性(CD)研究了环糊精(CD_x)与o-、m-、p-氯代苯甲酸包结物的包结形态,根据Kajtar扇形规则确定了客体分子在环糊精腔内的位置。
In recent years, the circular dichroism (CD) study of cydodextrin (CD_x) complexes might be more and more important. We found the correlation between signal and intensity of induce circular dichroism (ICD) and structure of CD_x. In the present article we report the ICD spectra of the α、β、γ-CD_x with o-, m- and p- chloro-benzoic acid in aqueous solution, and predict the orientation direction of the vip moleculs in these inclusion complexes by the ICD band.
