摘要
本文用红外光谱法对我国碳化硅炉渣进行了表征,发现了三个吸收带。确定B带为分析峰,相对误差小于5%,本法较重量法快捷,所得数据为炉渣开发利用提供了根据。
We have measured the SiC slag by IR, and showed that there are three absorption bands at 1106-1096, 846-809 and 476-469cm^(-1). We selected analytical peak using 846-809. Because the contents of SiC have a linearity with the peak area. SiC slag can be urilized according to the IR data got from this method.
