摘要
金融工程是20世纪80年代中后期在西方发达国家发展起来的一门新兴学科,它的产生与发展,是金融环境、经济主体内部管理、新技术的广泛应用及金融理论的发展共同有机作用的结果。金融工程的应用,对于降低经营成本、提高经济金融运行效率起到了重要作用,同时对经济金融运行也产生了一些负面影响。我国金融市场是一个后发市场,在引进发展金融工程上,应充分利用其积极有效的作用,抑制其负面影响,为我国经济金融发展服务。
