摘要
介绍了苎麻 /微细旦涤纶的纺纱特性 ,并对加工工艺 ,工艺参数及技术措施进行了分析讨论 ,同时对纤维在纱中的径向分布及成纱性能作了测试。结果表明 ,微细旦涤纶主要分布在纱的内层 ,苎麻 /微细旦涤纶混纺纱有良好的性能 。
The spinning process of ramie/polyester microfiber yarn was discussed. The operation rules and processing parameters and technical measures were investigated.In addition,the tendency of transferring of polyester microfibers to the center of yarn has been found. And the properties of ramie/polyester microfiber blended yarn were tested. The results show that most of polyester microfibers move to the center of the yarn and ramie/polyester microfiber blended yarn have excellent properties and it has lower linear density.
