上市公司股权结构与公司治理的实证分析被引量：4

摘要本文对我国上市公司的股权结构及股权集中度对于公司治理整顿的影响进行了实证研究，并借鉴国际上流行的公司治理模式，提出了目前我国上市公司完善公司治理应着重解决的几个问题。
