摘要
目的 :探讨应用关节镜技术治疗外伤性后交叉韧带和内侧副韧带 (PCL +MCL)断裂的修复方法及疗效。方法 :关节镜技术用同侧髂胫束转位修复外伤性PCL +MCL断裂 5例。结果 :随访时间平均 1 8个月 ,效果优良。结论 :用髂胫束修复PCL +MCL ,有良好的韧带转化功能 ,且有取材方便、功能组织损伤较小。
Objective:To investigate a type of management to repair the posterior cruciate ligament and medial capsular ligament (PCL & MCL) injury. Methods:Five cases with tear of PCL & MCL were reconstructed by transposition of the same lateral iliotibial tract. Results:All cases were excellent and good followed up for 18 month. Conclusion:Repairing PCL & MCL injury with the iliotibial tract is simple, economical and microtraumatic.The patients with the operation will gain a good function of knee.
