摘要
目的 探讨原发性胃癌的危险因素 方法 于1999年2月至2000年2月,在江西省进行了1次配对病例对照研究,资料统计采用Logistic回归模型。结果 经单因素和多因素条件Logistic回归分析后筛选出可能的危险因素有:喜食腌制食品、油炸食品、吸烟、进餐不规律;可能的保护因素有:喜食豆及豆类制品、新鲜蔬菜、饮用自来水为主、常饮绿茶4个因素。结论饮食结构。
OBJECTIVE To study the risk factors of primary gastric cancer. METHODS Amatched case-control study was carried out in Jiangxi Province during February 1999 to February 2000,the data collected were analyzed with Logistic regression model. RESULTS Over consumption of pickled or preserved food (OR = 2 . 04) , fried food (OR = 1. 681) , smoking (OR = 1.912) and taking mesls at irregular time ( OR = 1 .235) were found to be the high risk factors for primary gastric cancer. Taking more bean and bean - curd (OR = 0.692) , fresh vegetables (OR = 0.456) ,drinking tap waler(OR = 0.344land drinking green tea(OR = 0.635)were found to be the protection factors for primary gastric cancer. CONCLUSIONS The primary gastric cancer was associcled with pickled food [fried food, smoking, taking meals at irregular time, bean and bean - curd, fresh vegetables, drinking tap water and drinking green tea.
