摘要
通过对1995～2001年32名儿科低年资护士的考核,发现儿科低年资护士药理知识掌握程度较低,对临床以商品名使用的药物归类不清楚,计算方法及实际操作不够熟练。为提高儿科低年资护士用药知识,采取提高思想认识,提高安全用药意识,正确掌握计算方法和正规操作方法,坚持不断学习等措施,取得了较满意的效果。
In this paper,the authors report examination of32inexperienced nurses in department of pediatrics in terms of their medicament knowledge.They found that they were deficient at medicament knowledge and unskillful at dosage calculation and practical operation and knew less about the clinical categories of medicament.The countermeasures included enhancing their awareness in safe medicament,mastering correct calculating methods and training them with standardized practical operation and encouraging them to continue their study persistently.The measures were satisfactorily effective.
