摘要
应用柠檬桉(Eucalyptuscitriodora)、樟树(Cinnamomumcamphora)、苦楝(MeliaazedarachL.)等3种植物茎叶的乙醇、丙酮和三氯甲烷的提取物对橄榄星室木虱(PseudophacopteroncanariumYangetLi)成虫产卵的驱避作用进行研究,利用干扰控制指数IIPC进行评价。结果表明,柠檬桉的驱避作用最强,其乙醇、丙酮、三氯甲烷的提取物IIPC分别达0 126、0 209、0 307;樟树次之,分别为0 392、0 298、0 438;苦楝效果较差,只有0 589、0 574、0 638。柠檬桉、樟树的乙醇、丙酮提取物对星室木虱产卵的控制作用达到60%以上,乙醇提取物第4d的持续控制效果为52 7%和50%。
The results show that the repelling effects of extratives of Eucalyptus citriodora are strongest,the alcohol,acetone and trichloromethane extractive IIPC from it reaches 0126,0209 and 0307,respectively;those of Cinnamomum camphora come second,IIPC reaches 0392,0298 and 0438,respectively;those of Melia azedarach are relatively poor,IIPC only reaches 0589,0574 and 0638,respectively. The control effects of alcohol and acetone extractives from E.citriodora and C.camphora on eggs produced by Pseudophacopteron canarium reach over 60%,the alcohol extractive sustainable control effects are 527% and 50%.
