摘要
本文介绍了一种智能化光谱仪,该光谱仪采用CCD作为探测元件,微机进行控制和处理。由于CCD具有并行输入,串行输出光谱信息的特点,因此,该系统能平行获得光谱数据,实现对光谱的快速实时处理。作为例子测出了汞灯光谱,结果是满意的。
An intelligent spectrum analyzer is presented in the paper. CCDis used as a detector, and a micro-computer is used for control and proces-sing. Since CCD has functions of parallel detection and serial output of thespectral information, so this system can rapidly obtain the spectral linesproduced at the same time with different wavelengths, realize the real timeprocessing for spectra. For example, the mercury lamp spectrum has beenmeasured and the results are satisfactory.
