摘要
上海市老城区市政排水系统发达 ,但由于河网萎缩 ,引起新的排水安全问题。对比小区雨水排水与区域排涝的不同特点 ,研究历时暴雨的水量平衡过程 ,提出调蓄是解决暴雨排水的最有效办法。并以河道调蓄为结合点 ,展开控制范围大小的优劣比较 ,提出小区雨水排水与区域排涝结合是解决排水问题最经济合理的办法 。
Based on the comparison between storm water drainage in residential area and waterlog drainage in districts and the study on basin accounting of fall duration, pondage is found to be the most effective method for storm water drainage. Furthermore, with the comparing of control sizes and taking river course pondage as the key point, it shows that combining storm water drainage in residential area with waterlog drainage in large districts is the most reasonable and economic method.
