摘要
入世后教育市场的竞争将更为激烈 ,要以一流的学术水平积极应对教育服务承诺带来的挑战 ,这赋予高等理工科大学新的历史使命 ,为此要树立高等理工教育的新理念 。
The study serves as a detailed analysis of the effects the Chinese government has solicited among all the higher institutions in this country of science and technology by the commitments of education service ever made upon her membership in WTO. An adequate strategy to meet with the challenges, then the paper holds, is the persistent promotion of our scholarship, our cognition of the endeavour and the new idea necessary for the institutions to advance their steps onward to the global recognition.
