摘要
论述了在大批量生产条件下,铁液中微量铅对康明斯6BT缸体的力学性能、金相组织,特别是对渗漏的影响。试验证明:电磁搅拌不能降低铁液中的铅量;加入稀土硅铁可以抵消铅对石墨形态和力学性能的有害影响,但不能消除铅引起的缩松渗漏。指出要将缸体的渗漏废品率控制在0.5%以下,必须严格控制原材料,确保铁液含铅量低于0.0008%。
The influences of trace lead contained in the molten iron on mechanical properties,mi-crostructure and especially on the leakage of Cummins6BT engine block produced in large scale was described.Experiments showed that the lead content could not be reduced by applying electro-magnetic stirring;the RESiFe alloy addition could be used to neutralize the harmful effect of lead on the graphite morphology and mechanical properties,however it could not be used to eliminate the shrinkage leakage caused by lead.It was pointed out that,in order to keep the leakage rate of the block less than0.5%,it is necessary to control raw materials strictly to ensure the lead content of the molten iron to be lower than0.0008%.
