摘要
以几个有缩陷缺陷的球铁铸件为例,对缩陷形成的原因和影响因素进行了分析,并提出了防止措施。铸件结构、壁厚变化和浇注温度是引起缩陷的主要因素。改善铁液补缩和采用二次孕育是消除缩陷的有效措施。
Taking several ductile iron castings having shrinkage depression defects as examples,the formation reason of shrinkage depression and the factors causing shrinkage depression were discussed,and the prevention measures was proposed.Construction and section changes of castings,as well as pouring temperature are the main factors causing shrinkage depression.Improving liquid iron feeding and adopting two times of inoculation are the efficient measures to eliminate shrinkage depression.
