摘要
介绍型腔复杂、无窗口的壳体铸件生产过程中,不出砂砂芯的排气和摆放芯撑的方法。使用封芯方法,可提高多内腔无窗口的壳体铸件质量,减少变形。
The venting method and chaplets laying method for the non-knocked-out cores used in pro-duction of large,inner cavity complicated and openless case castings was introduced.By using non-knocked-out cores,the quality of some case castings with multiple openless inner cavities could be improved,and their deformation could be reduced.
