粉状石墨的原材料与高温烧结微观结构研究 被引量:9

RESEARCHE ON THE MICROSTRUCTURE OF THE RAW MATERIAL OF GRAPHITE SINTERED AT HIGH TEMPERATURE

摘要 对石墨矿石采用不同的处理方法得到了原料石墨粉,再经高温烧结获得了高纯度合成金刚石所需的石墨粉。使用X射线衍射及Raman光谱技术对粉状石墨样品进行了检测分析。分析结果表明,高温烧结后石墨样品的晶体结构呈现单一的六方结构,石墨化度明显提高,晶粒尺寸变大。 Raw graphite powder made from graphite ores and treated by various methods was sintered at high temperature to obtain higher pure graphite powder for synthesizing diamond. The graphite powder were measured by X-ray diffraction and Raman spectroscopy. Trie results indicated that, after sintering at high temperature, the graphite powder presented exclusively hexagonal crystal structure, the graphite indexes were increased and graphite crystals became bigger.
