摘要
在电子政务与电子商务系统中,机要电子文档、重要商业合同与电子交易等都需要安全、准确、权威的统一时间,因此有必要在电子数据信息流中加入时间标识,即时间戳。本文主要分析了安全电子时间戳系统设计的一般方法及应注意的一些因素,并结合我国实际给出了一种电子时间戳系统的设计方案。
In electronic government affairs and e-business system, the secure, precise and authoritative time is required by the confidential electronic document, the important commercial contract and the electronic trade etc .So it is necessary that time sign (i.e. time-stamp) should be inserted into e-data info streams. A general method and some main factors of designing a secure electronic time-stamp system (SETSS) are presented in the paper. Meanwhile, a practical SETSS scheme is proposed.
