摘要 目的对Endocare型氩氦冷刀的实际工作性能进行测试 ,考察其优缺点 ,为肿瘤冷冻治疗提供参考。方法将氩氦刀置于空气、水及兔子组织中进行冷冻并复温 ,监测刀杆外壁和内部测温点的温度变化 ;基于实验结果评价氩氦刀的工作性能以及工质气体的消耗情况 ;结果氩氦刀冷冻时 ,刀头在很短的时间内降至极低温度 ,并保持稳定。冰球在冷冻初期增长很快 ,此后其增长速率明显下降。当工质由氩切换为氦后 ,刀头温度迅速上升 ,冰球随即熔化 ;工质气体的消耗速率随着实验进行不断降低。结论证实氩氦刀确有良好的快速冷冻和复温性能 。 Objective To test the working performance of the Endocare Cryoprobe System and to evaluate its advantages and shortcomings for clinical application in targeted tumor treatment. Method The cryoprobe was placed into air, distilled water, and rabbit tissues to observe its freezing and rewarming behaviors. The transient temperatures at the exterior wall and interior of the cryoprobe were monitored. The output performance of the cryoprobe and the consumption rate of the working gases were evaluated basing on the measurements. Result The temperature at the cryoprobe tip inserted into tissues decreased quickly to its lowest value and kept relatively stable during freezing. The iceball grew quickly at the initial period of freezing and then slowed down. The temperature at the cryoprobe tip increased quickly when the working gas was shifted to He. In several minutes, the iceball became thawed. The consumption rate of Ar and He gases decreased with the operation of the cryoprobe. Conclusion The Endocare Cryoprobe System had excellent performances in quick freezing and rewarming. However, it also has certain disadvantages, which were briefly discussed in this paper.
