缺血性脑血管病的血管内治疗进展 被引量：9

摘要 目前,对于缺血性脑血管病的血管内治疗技术的研究正不断深入。本文主要对缺血性脑血管病经皮血管成形术、超选择性血管内溶栓术等几种血管内治疗方法的适应症、并发症及最新的研究进展进行综述。其中着重阐述经皮血管成形术的临床适应症,并分析出现TIA发作、脑卒中、脑过度灌注综合征及术后血管再狭窄等并发症的原因及最新的预防、处理办法。
