摘要
目的:探讨修复小腿下1/3难治性溃疡的较佳手术方法。方法:采用组织瓣:腓肠神经伴行血管为蒂逆行皮瓣及腓肠 肌肌瓣+游离植皮。结果:临床应用5例,均获成功,无1例出现皮瓣坏死,溃疡复发。结论:用组织瓣修复小腿下1/3难治 性溃疡,是一种简便、安全、有效的手术方法。
Objective: In order to find a good method to cure hard ulcer under 1/3 parts of the lower limb. Methods: Using tissue flaps including reversed island flaps supplied by the vascular axis of sural nerve and gastrocnemius musculo flap + skin graft. Results: Scases were treated succesfully, no flaps necrosis,no ulcer recurs. Conclusion: Tissue flap is a simple safty and useful method to treat the hard ulcer under 1/3 parts of the lower limb.
