摘要
利用小鼠肠袢模型进行局部感染 ,在不同的时间取Peyer’s结对其进行扫描电镜和透射电镜的观察 ,并用流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡。结果表明 ,鼠伤寒沙门氏菌 460 0 43和痢疾杆菌F2a 12两种肠道侵袭性菌与微皱褶细胞的粘附发生在局部感染 3 0min ,感染 60~ 90min在M细胞和淋巴细胞中可见到细菌 ,而在感染 6~ 8h后Peyer’s结中的细胞凋亡百分率与对照相比差异最为明显。提示 :鼠伤寒沙门氏菌 460 0 43和痢疾杆菌F2a 12均是借助于M细胞通过上皮屏障 。
By using murine intestinal loop to be locally infected, observations were made at different infection time and detection of cell apoptosis occured on follicular-associated epithelium(FAE) on the surface of Peyer's patch. The results showed that Salmonella 460043 and Shigella F 2a-12 attached on the surface of microfold cells (M cells) after local infection for 30 min, both invaded into M cells as well as lymphocytes after local infection for 60-90 min. The ration of cell apoptosis was most significant in comparison with the control after infection for 6~8 h. It indicated that the two strains passed the epithelial barrier by entering M cells result in local mucosal respone.
