摘要
推导出螺旋挤压机构螺槽中熔料的纳维尔 斯托克斯方程 (N S方程 )。再结合该螺旋挤压机构实际使用情况做了五个假设 ,从而大大简化N S方程。由此可以推导出计量段螺槽中熔料的速度分布和压力分布流量计算公式。通过以上理论分析来研究粘流态下塑料的运动规律和螺杆参数对熔料流动过程的影响 ,能够更好地控制快速制件的内部结构特性。据此 ,来设计一种螺旋挤压机构 。
In this paper,the N S equations of fused polymer in grooves of a screw extrusion machine will be derived.Considering the actual use condition of the screw extrusion machine,five hypotheses will be done,consequently,the N S equations can be largely simplified,and velocity distributing in flight channel of metering section,relation between pressure in flight channel and parameters of a screw,formula of flow rate of volume,and formula of power consumption in the screw extrusion machinery can be deduced.In orde to control better inner configuration characteristics of RP products,law of motion of polymer in a state of viscous and influences of the screw parameters to flowratio in the flowing process of fused polymer must be researched and analyzed.
