摘要
提出了一种全新型的弧面球包络凸轮分度机构 ,大幅度简化了凸轮分度机构的结构。介绍了其结构形式及工作原理 ,推导了其啮合方程和凸轮廓面方程 ,研制了样机 。
A new type of cam indexing mechanism is raised in this paper.So the structure of the cam indexer is greatly simplified.This paper introduces its engagement theory,deduces its engagement equation and cam contour surface equation,research to manufacture the prototype machine,and gives detailed analysis and introduction on its excellent performances and application prospects.
