摘要
报告11例创伤性颈椎病,发病前均有外伤史,年龄42～64岁,病程进展快,多合并发育性颈椎管狭窄症。作者强调外伤在该病中的临床意义,提出应尽早地进行彻底的减压手术,认为颈椎管成形术有安全、简单、减压效果明显及对颈椎稳定性影响小等优点。
11 traumatic cervical spondylosis(TCS) were reported . The age in range were from 42 to 64 years old .The authors emphasized that the course progressing of disease were related to previous growth stenosis of vertebral foramen,among them trauma had a important significance .This paper advocated that surgical decompression may be to get a good results for TCS in early stage,and recognized that splatic operation of vertebral foramen were more simple,safe and keeping stability in cerical vertebra .
