摘要
压榨过滤脱水过程由过滤阶段、一次压榨脱水阶段和二次压榨脱水阶段三个阶段组成,其dt/dV与累计流量V关系曲线有很大的变化,表明每一阶段具有不同的机理。在一次压榨脱水和二次压榨脱水阶段,滤饼的渗透系数是变量,滤饼的瞬时渗透系数与孔隙比成较强的线性关系,并可用线性简化取代。
The squeeze filtering & dewatering process is composed with the filtration stage,the first squeeze dewatering stage and the second squeeze dewatering stage.The relationship of dt/dv and or dewatering mechanism appeared to differ from each other.Each stage must be described by different theories.In the first and second squeeze dewatering stage,the experimental data of permeability appeared to be in linear relation to cake porosity,which could be simplified by linear method.
