摘要
本文主要论述卷取张力数学模型建立的过程,通过建立的数学模型可以对整个卷取过程进行过程控制,从而控制钢卷的质量,减少塔形、扁卷、松卷等缺陷的产生,提高板厂的成材率和经济效益。
This dissertation mainly expounds the process of setting up the mathematics model of obtainingtension from rolling-up. The whole rolling process can be controlled from the establishment of the mathematicsmodel. Thus, the quality of the steel roll can be controlled and drawbacks such as tower appearance, flat roll andloose roll can be reduced, which will lead to the increase of the rate of producing into useful timber and theeconomic benefits in a timber factory.
