摘要
本文介绍汽车发动机燃用近全乙醇燃料的研究.通过对燃用近全乙醇燃料可行性分析,确定了以东风牌EQ6100型汽油机为基础,提出燃用近全乙醇燃料的汽油发动机技术改造方案.针对乙醇燃料的特点,改造调整了原汽油机的供油系统、点火系统、进气预热和保温系统;重新设计了气缸盖,提高了发动机的压缩比.经发动机台架试验及行车试验,证明改造后的汽油机可以满足燃用近全乙醇燃料的要求,发动机总功率比原机提高1%.
This paper presents the technical schemes and achievements of the study of E85 alcohol combustion technique in Dongfeng EQ6100 engine. Fuel supply system, air inlet and thermostat system were modified to accomodate to the characteristics of alcohol combustion. The cylinder head was redesigned to increase the compression ratio. Both bench tests and road tests show that the reformed engine can adapt to E85 alcohol fuel with the total output power one percent higher than that of the original one.
