摘要
在概述刷镀技术的演变,发展及刷镀术语的现状后,本文提出了当今国际标准和中国国家标准中对刷镀这一术语的命名和定义有不当之处,建议改该术语为“刷电镀”。其严格的定义应为:用含有电解液并与阳极联成一体的垫或刷进行电镀的一种方法,垫或刷应与极性相反的被加工件接触,做相对的摩擦运动。
By referring to the evolution and development of brush plating technique and present situation of the technical term,the authors point out the inappropriatenss of this technical term and definition for brush plating specified in the international standard and China national standard concern- ed.In this paper,the authors propose an exact terminology for the brush electroplating,and gives a new definition:a method of electroplating in which the electrolyte contained in a pad or brush as an assemblage of anode contacts the part of opposite polarity to be processed and moves relatively with each other in friction.
