摘要 目的 研究认知功能的年老化过程、个体差异及主要影响因素。方法 在微机上完成对 1 350例 2 0~ 90岁健康成人的 7项认知能力测验 ,对认知功能年老化过程、个体差异及主要影响因素进行分析。结果  (1 )各项认知能力随年老明显减退 ,在 60岁和 80岁先后进入两个明显的减退阶段 ;(2 )各项测验结果的个体差异随年老明显增大 ;(3)教育程度对认知功能的年老化过程有明显影响 ;(4)某些认知能力存在性别和职业差异。结论 认知功能年老化过程的同时个体差异随之增大 ,并与教育、职业和性别等因素有关系。 Objective This work studied the age and individual differences in cognitive function, and the effects of some factors on them. Methods This study, involving a sample of 1350 adults of 20 to 90 years of age and a battery of 7 cognitive capacity tests in computer, was conducted to analyze the age and individual differences in cognition, as well as the effects of some factors on them.Results (1) The cognitive abilities in the adults decreased obviously with age, there were two decreased stages in 60 and 80 years of age. (2) The individual difference of all the test data increased obviously with age. (3) Education had the significant effect on the process of cognitive aging. (4) There were the differences of sex and occupation in some cognitive abilities. Conclusions The individual difference increased with the process of cognitive aging, which was related to education, occupation and sex.
