摘要
在混凝土材料的 Hopkinson杆试验中 ,为保证试件材料的均匀性 ,必须采用大杆径的 Hopkinson装置。然而 ,大杆带来的弥散问题以及混凝土试件的平整度与脆性导致的试件应力不均匀问题 ,大大降低了混凝土 SHPB实验的精度 ,同时也限制了其实验应变率的提高。采用在入射杆贴软胶布减少弥散 ,以及使用万向头来消除试件的应力不均匀 ,是两个有效的试验改进方法 ,从试验所测的波形看 。
To ensure the material uniformity of the specimen, big radial size split Hopkinson pressure bar must be used in the experiment for concrete. While the dispersion due to the equipment with big radial size and the uneven stress in the specimen due to the specimen′s eveness and brittleness not only lower the experimental precision, but also restrict the experimental strain rate. Gluing rubberized fabric on the side of incident bar to reduce the wave dispersion and using multiaspect accessory to avoid the uneven stress in the specimen are the two betterment measures of the experiment. The wave obtained in the equipment testing indicates that the two measures would heighten the precision of experiment.
