摘要
目的 :评估面具前方牵引矫治器在儿童骨性前牙矫治中的临床效果。方法 :用面具前方牵引矫治器进行矫治 ,治疗前后拍摄头颅定位侧位片 ,并进行矫治前后的X线头影测量分析比较。结果 :SNA角增大 2 .7°。SNB角减小 1.0°。ANB角增大 5 .2°。Yaix角增大 1.2°。U1 SN角增大 5 .2°。前牙反解除 ,侧貌得到明显改善。结论 :面具前方牵引矫治器 ,有促进上颌骨向前发育、抑制下颌骨向前发育的作用 ,通过调整上下颌骨的相对位置关系 ,改善儿童骨性前牙反 ,为今后取得良好的颅、颌。
Objective: To evaluate the treatment efficiency of facial mask orthodontic distraction therapy on children with skeletal cross bite of anterior tooth.Methods:The patients were treated by facial mask orthodontic distraction therapy.Results:The angle of SNA increased 2.7°.The angle of SNB reduced 1.0°.The angle of ANB increased 5.2°.The angle of Yaix increased 1.2°.The angle of U1-Sn increased 5.2°.Conclusion:Skeletal cross bite of anterior tooth of children can be treated successfully by facial mask orthodontic distraction therapy.
