摘要
目的 :总结分析外生性脑干肿瘤的临床特点和治疗方法。方法 :6例外生性脑干肿瘤均经枕下中线入路 ,采用显微外科手术切除肿瘤。结果 :肿瘤全切除 2例 ,次全切除 3例 ,大部分切除 1例。术后症状消失 5例 ,好转 1例 ,并发球麻痹 1例 ,无手术死亡。病理证实星形细胞瘤Ⅰ级 2例 ,Ⅰ～Ⅱ级 3例 ,血管母细胞瘤 1例。结论 :外生性脑干肿瘤适合于手术治疗 ,采用显微外科手术治疗可以尽可能多的切除肿瘤 ,减少并发症 ,达到解除症状和延长生存期的目的 。
Objective:To summarize the clinical characteristics and management method of exophytic brain stem tumor. Methods: The exophytic brain stem tumors in six patients were removed by microsurgery with low middling suboccipital approach.Results:The tumors were totally, subtotally, and partially resected in two,three,and one patients, respectively. Symptoms disappeared after surgery in five cases, and improved in one case;one of them complicated of bulbar paralysis.No operative death occurred.Pathological results showed five of them were astrocytomas(Grade Ⅰof 2 cases,Grade Ⅰ～Ⅱ of 3 cases) and one of them was hemangioblastoma.Conclusion:Surgery was accessible for exophytic brain stem tumor.Tumor can be removed as possible as you can with minimal complication by microsurgery, the goal of relieving symptoms and prolonging life span can be achieved.Long-term effects of them need further observation.
