摘要
目的 :探讨高血压、高血脂病人血清中CRP含量与正常人之间的关系。方法 :按血压、血脂对 91例研究对象进行分组 :高血压为SBP≥ 140mmHg及 /或DBP≥ 90mmHg ;高血脂为Tch >5 .2 0mmol/L及 /或TG >1.70mmol/L。采用BeckmanArray36 0 system的速率散射比浊系统测量CRP含量。结果 :单纯高血脂组 (19例 )和高血压 +高血脂组 (18例 )与正常对照组 (2 6例 )相比较 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;而单纯高血压组 (2 8例 )和正常对照组相比较 ,虽有升高 ,但无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;高血压、高血脂、高血压十高血脂三个病例组之间两两比较 ,也无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :(1)CRP水平与血脂水平相关 ;(2 )在高血压十高血脂组中 ,血压和血脂共同发挥作用 ,但血脂的作用似乎要大一些 ;(3)高血压组虽无差异 ,但不能简单否定二者之间的联系 。
Objective: To investigate the relation of concentration of reactive protein to hypertension and Hyperlipermia.Methods:91 subjects (46 males and 45 females) were divided into four groups by their blood pressure level and serum lipid level,ie.SBP≥140 mmHg or/and DBP≥90 mmHg were regarded as hypertension and serum Tch concentrate>5.20 mmol/L or/and TG>1.70 mmol/L were as Hyperlipermia. The serum CRP concentration was detected with velocity scatter turbidimetry of Beckman Array 360-system. Results:CRP concentration in pure-Hyperlipermia group (19 patients) and hypertensive+hyperlipermia group(18 patients)was higher than that in mormal group(26 subjects)(P<0.05).And CRP concentration in pure hypertensive group (28 patients) was mildly higher,compared to that in normal group.But there was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).Among the pure-hypertensive group,pure-Hyperlipermia group,and hypertensive +Hyperlipermia group, there was also no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)CRP level is associated with serum lipid level;(2)both hypertension and Hyperlipermia affect the CRP level, but Hyperlipermia produce more marked affect.
