细胞因子在登革病毒感染中的作用

摘要 登革病毒 (DV)感染引起登革出血热 (DHF)及登革休克综合征 (DSS)的发病机理至今尚未阐明 ,早期研究提出与二次异型DV感染引起的“依赖抗体的增强效应”(ADE)密切相关 ,近年来注意到T细胞的激活和细胞因子的释放在DHF/DSS发病中起重要作用。
